    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 314

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "TORRANCE COUNTY FARM AND LIVESTOCK BUREAU" and insert in lieu thereof "ESTANCIA MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AND MOUNTAINAIR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after “develop” insert “AND IMPLEMENT”.

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "board of regents of New Mexico state university" and insert in lieu thereof "public education department".

    4. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "Torrance county farm and livestock bureau to develop" and insert in lieu thereof "Estancia municipal school district and Mountainair public school district to develop and implement".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
